Both Lauren Thompson and Dr Cara Hoffman are excellent and extremely professional. . Cara has been wonderful with our granddaughter Liya and Lauren has been equally successful at assisting my husband and previous both his and my mothers with individualised solutions to their hearing challenges. They keep up with latest technology and offer an amazing service!
