I took myself and my son for a check up to Dr Andrews, from the minute we got there, I did not feel a sense of friendlyness as you would expect from a dr's room. The most friendly was the dr's assistant - she was kind but that was it. I was also not informed prior to the apointment that a fee would be charged which they do not cliam through the medical scheme. When I asked it was like I as expected to know.When the dr heard my conversation around relocating with the assistant, she decided that she was unable to assist with a clean as the next Dr that I would see would not be able to see the original damage - this came off to me as she was not going to get repeat business, so why put in the effort.I called almost a week later to clarify details on what was charged and clarification around the statement and Dr Andrews spoke to me as if I am bothering her and wasting her time....My experience dealing with this dentist was not friendly at all.. and would not recommend if not afrikaans speaking.
