Im extremely disappointed with non delivery by Agent called Lynnette. I have been making follow up with regards to LOD issued to an undesirable tenant that she allowed to rent my property without following vetting & protocols.I whats up her 19 October 2019, 22 Jan 2020. Emailed her the same 8 & 20 Jan to no vail.I have suffered exhobitants financial losses but she callected all the 100% commission with no shame. Part of the mandate is to assist with collecting the debt she exposed me to & she is taking no accountability. If you are a landlord looking to rent out your home, stay away from this branch.I am exploring alternatives as the conduct is not fair!!!!

I WOULD LIKE TO RATE THIS 5 STAR TO LIZETTE AT JAWITZ BRAKPAN. SHE IS A TRUE AND HONORABLE PERSON. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THROUGH HER WHEN DEALING WITH JAWITZ BRAKPAN, SHE ACTUALLY TAKES TIME TO HELP A PERSON. LOTS OF LOVE FOR HER. ❤️ LIZETTE STAY THE AMAZING PERSON YOU ARE

If I would recommend never rent a house through Jawitz, they did not do an inspection when we moved in and now they don't want to pay back our deposit for stuff that was damaged that was the previous tenants fault. They kept rescheduling the inspection appointment and it never happened. Now our massive deposit is being paid over to the owner of the house so he can do renovation.Would definitely not recommend

I cannot recommend Jawitz Properties Brakpan and Springs enough. Not only did the team do everything to sell out home in Sunair Park WITHIN A DAY, they also helped with the buyers getting approved financing. The house was sold out of a deceased estate, but the whole process took less than three months to complete. I will definitely contact Jawitz again!

Were good at finding a Tenant but Messed up levy payments. Their financial processes are a mess and it took so much time to sort out. They made repeated mistakes to a point where I just asked them to stop paying levies to the body corporation and sorted it out myself.

I wish there was a negative rating I could give. This is the most pathetic agency I have ever tried to deal with in my life. For months now I have been phoning about listings with them, going as far as phoning their offices and still no response to my emails or calls. Also they ask you to bring cash to their offices, no cards no EFT's. Not to speculate but it meets a certain criteria for a certain kind of evasion.

Promises promises, until the deposit is paid and the contract is signed. They show you a unit in perfect condition and then make you move into one that is in terrible state. They then use the cheapest, most incompetent contractors to come and fix things, who in turn just break more things than they fix. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.Also, dont let their main office responding to me fool you. They did not even extend the effort to contact me.

Have to really find a great agent within the company who actually cares. Many agents only give good service for a few months, after that it almost feels as if you're bothering them. Do your research before signing a contract with any rental agency.

The worse service I have ever received in my life, then they make empty promises about my deposit that has not paid out according to my contract... and then you phone them and they say they will get back to you and never do ... I'm still waiting for my deposit.

Agent did not come back to us. Kept on sending messages, will get back to you. I had to drive to the office, but not much happend. I would think the agents are making enough money and is not bothered much with cash buyers.
