Called the guy and he wasn't interested in even attempting to try and recover photos which CCleaner had deleted to try and free up space on my Android phone. He didn't even try to attempt to help find them on cloud either.As soon as I had left this review the owner immediately got back to me and offered to help me try and recover my data but why didn't he do it during my initial conversation with him is the question I would ask and the answer to that was he was desperately trying to somehow I changed the bad review I had just left which is by the way and honest review.He also replied below to my initial review stating that the information was lost a long time ago but it was only about 1 to 3 weeks maximum which is not a long time as far as I'm concerned.I appreciate that he doesn't want to give me false hope but he also should not be advertising as a data recovery service for Android when it's clear that he is unable to recover deleted files from Android.

After deleting the last 15 years of my photos and videos I was over the moon when they were able to save all my files. I didn't think it would be possible but thankfully everything was restored. I will now be backing up my files to avoid this in the future. Lifesavers!!!
