Truly disappointed in regards to the quality of food. I recently purchased 2 full chicken from Nandos Sunward park at 17:15 The chicken had no taste and still smelt like raw chicken. Chicken looked boiled and sauce watery. This is the second time i buy chicken from this place and not receive value for money. Packer took my slip and did not return nor put in bag

There was a young lady there (cant recall her name)who just started working at Nandos as a trainee, who gave such great and efficient service that made it a surprisingly more enjoyable experience eating at this Nandos branch. Cudos to her 5 star service.

The veggie patties are always burnt. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a veggie burger/veggie wrap at this particular franchise. I would rather drive elsewhere for it.

We couldn't sit a table of 14von Xmas eve - my brother's birthday - because it was closing at 8pm. No worries .... bulk order taken and service was good. We went home to celebrate!

Always have lemon and herb either half or quarter chicken, I tried their malva pudding and I had to go back just for the malva pudding, a lil too sweet but I really love that touch of caramel it has.

My last night meal was a disaster I couldn't eat because the chicken was not well prepared ,I quiried after waiting so long and my order was no where to be found because was not on Thier system ,the service was not good at the collection table.There was no apology or any explanation none,The meal is still in my microwave,I'm not a happy customer after trusting and supporting Nandos Sunward park Since day one.

It was my first sitting in(normally I get take aways) Iyoh!! the food was served to my satisfaction, hot and fresh. Proper and clean glasses were provided.. Thank you, am definitely coming back for more❤
