Authentic and welcoming.We had a full body scrub and it was extremely relaxing and revitalising. The staff was attentive and very professional.

I thought it would be Done by fully trained Thai Therapists" but unfortunately that wasn't the case. The massage was not bad but nothing to go back for. The place needs TLC (squeeking floor where therapist stands to massage you

i called in to ask if they had any male therapists available the lady said yes. upon arrival i was told there is no male therapist available. such a dissapointment for a well established franchise of kai thai. never again will me , friends or family use kai thai again.

The therapist was not experienced, it felt like a home massage and so aggressive i did not relax at all.The therapist Then proceeded to burp in my face ofcause not on purpose but it happened and no excuse me" or "sorry". Will not return to this place."

They do have food therapist but the facilities is so badly managed and maintained. I couldn’t get in hold of them on the landline so drove to make a booking but as I walked in there were chicken bones on the floor that I stepped on. I made a quick U turn out the door.
