I did not enjoy my experience. Got shouted at by the lady in front cause I made a mistake on the forms . Also refused to assist me at first then sent me to the electricity department. They electricity department said they don't understand why I was not helped ..went back another lady working there also said my documents is fine . Doesn't understand why I did not get helped . Poor treatment of client's. I was really nice did not get angry because I could feel the situation. But not right guys .

Useless shame very USELESS I've have been going there more than 10 times to ask them to service and pick up our 13 bins but No assistance at all... they don't care, we paying more than 5k per month for these bins that not picked up ... I have complained to almost everyone in there and still no assistance, they just don't care even though we're paying every month NEVER missed a month they not picking up our refuse AT ALL
