Horrible customer service. I placed my order on the 12th of April. Spoke to the person on Whatsapp asked when can I send the pictures and pay for shipping and they just disappeared. Up to today I have not heard a word back. I do not recommend using them. You will be disappointed. With I had read the comments before paying.

Even though they had a specific lead time Pix Perfect went out of their way to assist us with a big project in 2 days.The quality is of premium standard not to mention customer service! I 100% recommend Pix Perfect Prints

I must say, this company is an absolute nightmare. From the quality of the prints, to warped frames, to not existent service. I have been trying to deal with them since February 2022. The frames they use are so flimsy they warp and buckle, the print is terrible..... worst canvas print I have come across, they were even asked to colour the heart red as per their Facebook page, that ALSO did not happen. Even the owner called me to say that he will sort my order out, that was 2 months ago......nothing, not even a peep. I do not understand how they are still in business with such an inferior product. Excuses are load-shedding, printer getting serviced, staff problems, the list goes on. Please look at attached photos....warped frames...inferior.

I’m writing this comment as a very angry and dissatisfied customer who paid for the canvas prints and today I still don’t have them. I placed my order on the 5th July and made a follow up with the on the 1st August. They promised to send me a waybill and today it’s the 28th August .. and still waiting for a waybill. To fast forward. Promises to courier my prints we made in the process, delivery dates were also confirmed. I ended up asking them to refund my money if they can’t deliver. What a nightmare to deal euthanised these crooks. I want my money or the prints that I paid for. Period. I will not rest until justice is served. Regards Tumi

We ordered 2 Canvases on the 24th of November. Placing the order was simple. The problems came after that. Shipping. We kept on getting different excuses about Courier Guy this and collection that. After placing the company on legal terms, he responded (Wednesday 7th Dec) with pictures of the canvas, the courier guy tracking nr and order nr stating that it will be delivered the next day or day afterthat. Showing a picture of a Courier Guy Order form stating Local Overnight Parcel. When on Friday we tried tracking it, the waybill doesn't exist. Asked him again about it. only to get a new waybill image with a different tracking number - showing economy. Courier Guy tracking shows that the order was created at 7h27 on Friday Morning in Johannesburg. Meaning parcel will arrive sometime in the next week. The company cannot give me a straight answer why I was given false tracking information 2 days before by the same person. I will strongly advise against doing business with this company. Rather pay a bit more

This company is really frustrating me. I have paid my painting in August even today am still waiting for delivery. I was dealing with Vincent. Then all of a sudden am told I must speak to Stanley. Even today I keep asking them when are they going to delivery. I don't receive an answer or I will be told it's delivered and when I check I don't have the paintings with Me. Am really frustrated. I will never buy anything from them. They are not helpful. You ask them answers they just ignore you on watsup.i don't know what to do anymore.

I have placed my order on 20 Dec 2022.Was advised by Zedrick that I will receive my order within that week. Of course I did understand if I did not receive it, because it was December and most companies close over the Festive season.I was also promised that Mock ups are always sent to clients before printing is done to ensure that the order & quality is correct.I then asked for an update by the end of the week and was informed that your suppliers for the material closed over Dec and that I will receive my order in Jan.I never received a mock up of the pics. only a photo of the printing being done on 24/12/2022 - which was weird as I was informed that there was no material??I then waited for an update in January 2023, which I never got without asking and when I did ask, I was informed that my order has been done and has been waiting for me to collect, however I paid for delivery and also got confirmation that it was going to be delivered.After specifying this, I was asked to which address must it be delivered...which I have sent through before, but sent it through anyway again as I was really not in the mood for a fight.I confirmed via whatsapp on Thursday 11/01/2023 when it was going to be delivered, but loadshedding was a problem to supply me with a confirmation on that day and I was informed that I will get confirmation on the Friday 12/01/2023.I did not receive any confirmation during the day without once again asking for an update (This is ridiculous!!)Then I was informed that I will receive my order Tomorrow" which was Saturday 13/01/2023.On Sunday 14/01/2023 - I had not yet received my order & I did a follow up ONCE AGAIN.Got informed that couriers don't deliver over weekends...AFTER the employee confirmed that I was going to receive it over the weekend...ridiculous!!!I asked to receive an update Monday morning 15/01/2023 but again never received an update. Whatsapped for an update and received no response

Ordered prints online and they delivered the wrong ones. After phoning and sending emails, all I got were excuses and no one taking responsibility. I eventually got in my car and returned the prints personally. Unfortunately Zedrick decided not to resolve this in person and his staff were really helpful, I must say, and did their best to resolve the issue. Especially the lady that works there who I won't name. She really did her best. But I didn't have to go there. If you buy from them, you'll be gambling. Even where they are situated has no signage to say its them.
