Our order was placed 11:47 only received at 1:26. I called to follow up and I was told they do not have enough drivers. I should have been informed about this when I placed my order. The wraps was cold the wrap itself was not right (maybe raw) really not nice. We order quite regularly from Sandwich Barron Boksburg but will definitely think twice the next time!!!!!

I will never order from them not will I make sure that our company order from them again. Poor service from the minute that I walked into the place. Ordered two platters 4 days before the time. These could not be delivered nor could it be made on time. My meeting went well until the coffee break and we sat with people not having any food. No communication or excuses from the branch. They confirmed that they did not have some items in stock and that the items/platters will be altered just for us to have something but then they did not pitch up. No apologies, just Eish". Telephone numbers linked to their website were incorrect. One lady did not even know how to send me the correct telephone numbers as she is not using WhatsApp. Poor poor communication and service. Don`t advertise a product that you cannot deliver. Don`t advertise a service "Free Delivery" that you cannot comply with. AND COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS IF YOU CANNOT DO WHAT YOU SAID YOU WOULD DO !!!!!!!!!!!!"

Would give half a star, but unfortunately google doesn't allow half a star. Ordered a platter yesterday at 09:49 for collection at the store. I was informed that i need to collect 11 for 11:30 today. I arrived at 11:20, there was one lady manning the tills and telephones. I waited in the shop, the lady didn't even look at me and no form of acknowledgement. She went back to the kitchen, a mr delivery driver pitched and waited outside of the shop. After some time the lady came out of the kitchen area, helped the mr delivery driver and went back to the kitchen area, again didn't even look at my direction and yet again no acknowledgement. I had to stand in your shop and phone so that she could come to the front to answer the phone, where I hung up to tell her don't worry it was me calling, and would like to pick up my platter I ordered. She asked me for whom, and then she went back to the kitchen yet again, came out and informed me I have to wait another 5 mins. After she handed me the platter, no apology, no sorry for the wait, not even thank you or enjoy your day. It was handed to me and she turned around and walked away. The most unfriendly, unprofessional experience. I stay less than 2km from a sandwich baron and choose to drive all the way to boksburg, sadly this will be my last.

Very disappointed!!! Ordered a whole wheat sandwich toasted and it was not toasted and was plain bread... as well as the steak and onion sandwich.was really looking forward to the sandwich.

I often order from sandwich baron as they make the most amazing toasted sandwiches however there has been two occasions now where the wrong order has been delivered which leaves me having to wait another hour for my food. The first time they put bacon in my sandwich which I don’t even eat red meat - luckily I always check my food before I eat it for that reason . They did however make a new one and delivered it after a hour of the complaint. Yesterday again I order 2 chicken mayo and avocado toasted sandwiches . They delivered after an hour and now there was no avo on the sandwich which I paid for. I phoned in and they apologised and said they would deliver a new one however I was not willing to wait another hour for my food. I find such simply things can honestly put me off a diner as it is a inconvenience for myself and my fellow colleagues who all have certain lunch times. I hope that sandwich baron can correct the small things so that They do not inconvenience their customers !

Placed an order at 12:16PM. Order only arrived at 14:05PM. Ice cold and disgusting. Could have just as well made a sandwich and leave it in the fridge overnight then eat it the next day. Same thing. Absolutely disgusted.

Pathetic Service! Supervisor by the name of Prudence not helpful at all and very rude, you guys are busy destroying your own reputation by employing people that is chasing away your customers, if your food is not great atleast have good service
