I really appreciate the effort that was made by Roshina, who went over and above to assist me with an emergency pair of contacts whilst I was on holiday in Durban. She was friendly, extremely helpful and so accommodating.It’s great service and effort like this, that will keep me as a loyal client.

Arrived for eye test 5 mins early today. Told to be seated in a narrow passage which has 3 chairs in it.Waited 15 minutes past the appointed time for the eye test and despite the Optician walking by me twice, there was no acknowledgement that I was even there, let alone an apology for the delay.Summary.A cramped and unfriendly waiting area - no room to read whilst waiting and feel like you are in the way.Bad customer service.Not the same sort of service since Spec Savers moved from the other location in the centre.

I was 5 minutes late for my appointment but it was not a problem. The optician that did my eye test was great, helpful and informative.Nonny assisted me in choosing frames and was great.An overall great experience and I’ll be sure to use this branch again.PS: Nonny’s customer service skills are impeccable.

I love the service I get from Spec savers Musgrave. Just ask for Noni she's the best.Whenever its time to change my specs, she knows, sets asides frames that suit my face so I always look forward to visiting spec-savers.I just love her.
