Great customer service, affordable prices and the store is super clean

I experienced a bad service from the guy who is working at the door, I bought a building send and I was given stones ,when I returned the, the guy maid me stand on the door from about 20min ,I started complaining .Bad service experienced. That guy needs to go for a customer service

Its for the first time to meet worker's who understand that their at Work to serve customers, you deserve 50*******

They never deliver on time and I had to get my own transport as their short on Van's to deliver and I mean I am only 5min away drive and the store manager has a bad service. Shopping here is the worst.

I went into the store and on my way out right at the door that they opened for exiting of which is the garage side I slipped and fell. The guy that checks the receipts apologized and still in disbelief I left. As I was driving back to my house I couldn't stand the amount of pain that I was enduring from the injuries that I sustained so I drove back to the store. When I got there I went to the counter and said I have a complaint as I just got injured at their store. A gentleman stood up and I showed him my injuries and told him that they must look into where they've opened as an alternative exit for customers as it is extremely slippery and if it was somebody elderly they could have been severely injured. He apologized and promised that he will open the part of the exit of which was initially dedicated for customers to use. This is extremely upsetting as I have to now make means to either go to the doctor or chemist to get something for my injuries and the store did not even offer any compensation for my injuries. This is an extreme inconvenience.
