I received excellent service right from the beginning of my experience with Star Express. I requested a quote via their website and got feedback quickly. Once I confirmed they delivered the furniture from JHB to CPT within 5 days and were in communication with me in regards to the process. I will definitely make use of their services in the future, since their prices were also very fair.

I am not someone who typically writes reviews but the service I received from Star Express (and specifically Cornelia), deserves the highest praise.I was in the process of relocating and needed a delivery from Cpt to Jhb to arrive in time for the loading of the shipping container.Even though the company sending the package did not specify express delivery, Cornelia went out of her way to help fast track the process once she understood my situation.She phoned the Ops Manager in Jhb the day before and followed up the next morning (including with the driver), while keeping me posted all the time. The delivery arrived at the time specified and I was absolutely over the moon with the support I had received from Star Express.Thanks again Cornelia!

Excellent service - efficient and friendly

First of all a shout out to Tammy Lee and Patrick for assisting me to courier my passports to vfc Global today. They were kind and friendly and very efficient at 7:30am. I can highly recommend Star Expresss for your courier needs, they are professional and get the job done.
