Service was excellent. I got my machine repaired whist I was waiting.Kind and accommodating.

Tried to do business with the company after after several requests for pro forma invoice . I have taken my business elsewhere. Would not reccomend poor customer service

Service was great until you got the quote for the repairs, same price as a new machine.... the machine they quoted on was just out of its warranty and hardly used.... confused!. looks like i will be shopping at your opposition for a new one

Awesome service, I called for a replacement o ring which I could not find anywhere. Even though my machine is discontinued they found me the part free of charge.

My son and I took of high pressure cleaner to be sorted out , we spoke with innocent who sorted out the problem but also gave us training " on how to ensure the longevity of our machine . He was extremely helpful ."

Do not buy a Kärcher!A Germany company that’s been around for almost a century - products are engineered in Germany and manufactured all over the world, eg, Romania, China, etc.Looks great on paper but in reality, their products lack resilience and what’s worse, their service centres in SA do not repair, but replace main components. This leads to the repair costs being impractical.I have personally owned the following products;Karcher WD3Paid: R1179Repair cost quoted: R1951.556 months old, under warranty. Machine failed to power up, according to technician; due to filter not being clipped on correctly and dirt may have gotten into the motorKarcher WD1Machine failed to power up after 2 years, did not bother repairingKarcher K3.550Paid: R2400Repair cost quoted: R1633.62Motor worked fine but leak in internal hosesThese machines were all used domestically and infrequently. Rather buy a Ryobi, cheaper, better warranty and much better service.

I have a Karcher high pressure machine. The nose is plastic where the high pressure gun fit on. After a few uses the plastic wore out. I took it to karcher in Westmead. The salesman tried to sell me a new high pressure hose fitting that I didn't want,because I had to fit it(I wasn't sure if I could)that would have cost me R650. He then gave me the part I needed . He told me I had to remove 6 star screws that are deeply counter sunk. When I arrived home I couldnttake out the screws because they had another type of head,I called them and they told me what tool to go and buy. I went to buy the tool and I still could not take out the screws because they were to deeply counter sunk,tool could not reach. I called back and asked them if they had a tool for this purpose,they wanted to charge me R450 to take out 6 screws. I refused and had to cut open my machine with a hacksaw to fit the new part,it took 5 minutes. The machine was designed that the consumer can't open it. I'm really dissapointed with the service I had from staff and the manager. There is no help. I will never buy Karcher products again and posted my experience on puplic media. There are people who were totally disgusted at my experience having to do the run around for six screws with no back up,and still had to cut the machine open because of the R450 charge. Shame on them.

I had my high pressure cleaner repaired recently. The quote was reasonable. Excellent service and communication from Navisha. The cleaner now has full pressure and works like a new machine. Thanks also to the Tech that repaired the machine. Highly recommended and a good overall experience. Well done Karcher.
