There are two or three unfriendly staff there.I have been their customer for a decade and counting but they refused to help me with an urgent 'proof of residence ',their response was rude.

I don't know where to start but to my surprise I received excellent service as I was passing by,With my impatience I was calmed down and assisted by ODi Mphago very friendly consultant if i may dall her that and I was able to blend in the shop environment ..I ended up forgetting I had problems for a moment from the service.Thank you Vodacom and your staff at Sasolburg
