Staff is not friendly also the management. They said customers are annoying and we must hurry and pay because they want to close the shop. Management said we must hurry before the system crashes. How can the system crashes when we pay? Bad service from this branch. I am a loyal member of clocks but what this branch done. I don't think anyone should go there.

Arrived at the shop at 07:30 and they open at 08:00. Waited 30 mins for the shop to open. However at 08:00 they security guard Zack Mabena, didn't want to let me in saying that the shop is not yet open. I ask him what time do they open. He looked at his watch and walked away. Only to come back 10 mins later to open. Definitely not coming back to this clicks shop.
