Life Brackenview Hospital

This was the experience of a lifetime the vibrations of the of the hospital is off the Charts. The land is so Advanaced. I believe the Sagmoga history holds such a pink light of uncondional love and has alot of fresh although I would peronsally work on the transition from the centre to the homestead as that was the hardest part. I felt safe here but there was certain things I did questions qs to the use of drugs as a means of repair. Personally the OT was my favorite part ans I do t believe all patients need the medication as the therapy in itself could be the solution

This was the best place I've even been in my entire life. The nurses were the best they genuinely treated us like their own. S/O to INDIGO WARD ever clean warm and loveable. Oh the help i got I've never been happier. I went from zero to hero. I would really recommend anyone to go to Life Brackenview Hospital because Life is what shall be given

Life bracken view has really let me down. I'm leaving more frustrated and depressed than I came in. While the opals ward was amazing, the Aqua ward nurses just dont care. They failed to book my scans for over two weeks and then became sullen and hostile when I called them out on it. It was very uncomfortable to keep being kept here while they outright ignored me or treated me like a nuisance when I asked. I hate it here and would not advised anyone in a delicate frame of mind to come in. Nurses aside, the shower and sink were backing up, no one fixed it despite multiple requests.

So i left my child hoping he will get help as it is a adjustment for them with rules he broke the rules and we were called to come get him leaving the same as when i left him 7days ago we only get to talk to them 5min on a call with no other contact as one off the rules are no phones in the week and only a hour on a weekend so the day of admission he was told break the rules and you out so with a 13year old that want his phone what does he do break the rules and get kick out so what lessons was learned today that when i want something i must nreak the rules other then that the staff was real nice with him just wish they did not give in to his ways but yah life neh

The hospital is okay. My psychologist and psychiatrist helped me a lot. Made good friends. The food was okay. The staff members were friendly, there was just 1 rude nurse but she wasn’t that bad bad, she can do better though. I recommend going to this place. Really got the help that I needed.

The case manager is the most rude and unhelpful person I have ever had to deal with. I phoned for a query and she said it would take the whole day to find the necessary information. She obviously then put the phone on the side of her desk and ignored my call, as I could hear movement, but after shouting 'Hello' many times down the phone and getting no response I hung up. She should not be dealing with the public.

The hospital is well-maintained, rooms kept clean, food is very good, not like Netcare's food and some of the Doctors are very good. Some staff are very friendly and helpful and others are unfriendly and unhelpful. The group sessions are good but people's phones constantly making noise and disturbing the classes (I would suggest that all phones be handed in when admitted because a person comes here to get healthy not be on their phone permanently). Racism is a big problem and the noise. Nurses don't control people making noise even after lights-out hours. Many people get admitted for a vacation not for any health problems which is an insult to those that need help. Very disappointed and had a horrible first time experience.

The amazing staff in Opal ward!!! Im full of tears because without their support I wouldn't have gotten better. Sister Melsy, Yonela, Rabelani, Aggie, Londi, Ntombi and ALL those who I haven't mentioned. I love you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you a million times❤❤❤❤
