2021Great customer service with equally divine fragrances.Edit June 2023:The manager was helpful, polite, warm and welcoming. The salesMEN need to work on what feels like profiling as their inauthenticity is tangible. For anyone first time buyers reading this if you are not sure where to start, try the MFK Satin Mood, Diptyque Oud or Delina Exclusif and take it from there.

Beautiful store. Amazing variety. Just make sure you’re dressed in Louis Vuitton head to toe and have “GUCCI” written across your forehead- it’s the only way they’ll see you as “worthy” enough to even assist

I was there to purchase a perfume which I saw an influencer recommend and the staff at the sandton branch didn't even take a glance at me, the store was not busy at all and the person I was with had to call and ask for assistance no one paid attention to him, called him back and left the store at once.

Bought a fragrance here a while back at the Sandton City branch. The service was poor and it's true seems like they guage your social standing before assisting you. Bad experience over all!!

Awesome place!If I could, I would stay there the whole day trying and enjoying all of their samples.People often complain a lot about how they were ignored by the staff or that they weren't given attention, but that's actually what I loved about this store.The fact that you are ignored" by the staff gives you all the time and privacy to carefully choose a frangrance and I just love that.I absolutely hate whenever there is a staff that keeps following you like a shadow and

One of the most unwelcoming and inhospitable stores I have ever been to. While other individuals in the store were sitting down being catered to by staff, I was not helped in the 20 minutes I was in there. Instead, a woman consistently came to watch what I was doing (failing to ask me if I needed help, even once), almost blatantly insinuating that I was going to steal something. A degrading experience to say the least. I would never purchase a thing from this store out of principle.

The workers do Prejudice and won’t help you unless you look like you’re a billionaire. I waited 20 minutes for someone to help me and waiting another 10 before the lady got distracted by another rich looking customer and ran off to help her while in the middle of helping me. The shop lacks customer care and will only help you on their time. It’s a massive shame as there’s nice brands there.
