This company charges very low rates compared to others. The moving staff are friendly and helpful, and the company is accommodating within reason. Found that the sheeting during transport could have been improved to provide better waterproofing.

These guys are different. They just hoisted my beds down like it was nothing. I loved the online quote convenience. I got my quote in 15 min and I saved R 350 off my move because they had an open booking to fill. Loved the clear communication and the moving team are just hilarious. It's a pity that you have to give at least one star to rate them. I would advise you to use a different company as this company is extremely unprofessional. We hired them to move our things into a brand new apartment and they damaged the doorways and walls after we let the owner know about the damages that were caused he denied responsibility saying that the damage was there beforehand. This is ridiculous as it is a brand new apartment which has never been used before.

Very friendly, helpful but mostly they were on time and professional. App is innovative, easy to use and marvelous- no long list of house inventory to capture before quote. Integrated payment veeeery easy. Pay on delivery or 50% upfront. I recommend it.

Up to the move, Midmove is very communicative and accommodating. On the day of the move, they were almost an hour late and we were therefore late on vacating our premises. They were quite rough with moving our furniture which resulted in a broken fridge leg and broken wardrobe. I asked to EFT the balance and the movers became quite upset that i did not have cash even though EFT is an option to pay. They started teasing and singing when I asked my partner for money. There was no after service to enquire if we were happy even though we requested subsequent moves from our other properties. Would not use them again!!

I have been using these services for my most recent 5 moves, though the price you pay its very reasonable. But last experience I'm not impressed with off loading process as it was rushed and berry little care for my personal belongings or fragile items.

Scheduled a move for 2 appliances from locations 3km from one another. A move which should take no longer than 15 minutes in total. The team arrived 2 hours late which meant that I had to pay someone an additional 2 hours to supervise the property while waiting. I agreed to pay the balance 2 hours late as their inability to locate a well-known large estate resulted in me having to incur additional expenses. The manager and team leader insisted that the balance of the payment be made immediately having to respect or consideration for my time wasted waiting an additional 2 hours for the team to arrive. Inability to take accountability for poor service delivery! Taking what you serve is not applicable to you and my apologies for the inconvenience" is as much as you'll get. A pit I cant pay the person supervising an additional 2 hours with "apologies for the inconvenience". Shocking to say the least!"
