Stores delivery services are horrendous. Placed an order at 7:20pm to get a call from the store first saying there is a issue with the chicken they have they only have certain cuts which is fine then get told the order is ready for collection when I told the manager it was for delivery she then said the driver left without our order . Then told her she should contact the driver. She called back saying she can't find a driver. She will phone back again. I have been in contact with head office regarding the terrible customer service recieved from this store. The manager called back for a 3rd time saying there's no drivers almost 2 hours after the order has been canceled by head office. I highly recommend against using this store

By far, some of the best kfc I have had in a very long time, very fresh, no oil, quick service. Cannot complain about thus place 1 bit.

Poor service, from standing in the queue, to been serviced and even collecting food when ready there no proper system, they will check if you need help when they feel like. I bought a meal with large chips and got a small, even the taste not so good with the mash and gravy, also the salads not good anymore.Do they care about helping people and working together?We all human beings and they should be grateful they have a job, alot of people don't.
