Voortrekker Hospital

Partner went there in the ams needing medical assistance but they only took blood tests and didn't attend to her until she left kn in morning without any help. When she asked for a blanket since it was cold, she was given attitude.

I was with a friend at casualties. We received friendly and fast service and the place was neat and clean. Five-star in comparison to other state hospitals that I have seen! Well done guys!!

Bad services here at this hospital the nurses give you an attitude and shout at you

Terrible service.., patient in waited to be admitted for more than 7 hours, and we are still awaiting for service, patient has not eaten since early morning as she is not admitted.

This is not a place for medical emergencies. Prepare to spend 15 hours here.

The nurses are friendly, but the queue moves very slow

Treat people the way you want to be treated. Be friendly and it'll come back to you. The sisters in the maternity ward are simply amazing, friendly, helpful, informative. I loved their service and cannot say anything negative about it. The doctors, the occupational therapist (MR JEWEL) were all extremely helpful. The dental department is excellent, they are really amazing. They could do a tooth extraction which no private dentist in Mokopane could. I cannot praise the staff at voortrekker hospital enough for their service. Keep up the great work a d service and may you all be blessed. Well done to all the senior staff for ensuring that the hospital is well taken care of so that the patients are well taken care of.You guys are all amazing !!!

Hospital staff could do better. They are impatient and have to learn better ways to communicate with patients and visitors.. They are not doing us a favour by helping us.Being polite when talking to the public could help with good reviews.

This Hospital is not good, my pregnant wife was returned back home on the 9/3/23 by a chief labour nurse while the doctor issued her to be admitted, because her time for birth has arrived and she is feeling the labor pain. They told her that she must come back on 10/3/23 they don't have beds to sleep on. They never check her while turning her back to home, she told them that she is feeling the pain and the doctor request her to be admitted, but nurses refuse and told her that she is not feeling the labor pain. This hospital must be close, I don't wish anyone to go there,. The nurses have more power than the doctor in that hospital. I need to talk to the MEC of Health.
