No service me and my wife where in the shop for an hour all the staff where busy with what look like one customer and the others on there cell phones. Will not go back they lost my budget are 150 k for remodeling.

I made an EFT payment to buy the black polished porcelain tiles, which I struggled to find in other CTM branches, and the knowledgeable salesman by the name of Jafta, processed everything. Then, when I got to the store, my order was ready. I was in and out. The only complaint I have is, their land line which made it difficult for me to reach them to confirm my funds transfer.

Service was poor!The guy behind the conter was buzy for a long time and after a very long wait a woman came to help us.It did'nt look like any body was interseted to help us.
