No surprise when I opened the reviews,the service I received today is rather disappointing and pathetic from Sifundo ,in my understanding a pharmacy is for medication which is needed by sick people,to be a patient and be treated like that is unacceptable.

This pharmacy never stick to their stranding hours. I’ve come 1 hour before closing time according to what’s on their shop window, and there never open. Photo is taken on a Tuesday - closing time 18:00, I’m here at 16:50, door has lock on it. So useless

Absolutely disgusting vaccine service! Waited for an hour and a half with 2 people Infront of me on Friday and nobody moved, only later on did someone come and apologize for the delay and didn't tell us what it was, when I asked her, she said there were 6 people on the other side- walk ins. I booked an appointment a week before- arrived before any of them and they got served before us. If I make an appointment between a certain time and certain time, I don't expect to wait an hour and a half-2 hour for some half-asleep lady to come apologize for your incompetence and slowness. Two of us got up and left, now my medical aid has paid for something I never got, will never walk into your shop again and will make sure nobody else gets their shot done there

Calling this branch is so frustrating. They hardly ever answer the phone! The pharmacy staff is friendly, professional and helpful.

Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever come across… I’ve been here on numerous occasions with a number of staff behind the pharmacy counter, but only helping 2 people at a time despite massive queues, and taking forever to help people. I don’t know whether they’re constantly picking online orders or just inherently slow, but it is absolutely painful coming here to pick up meds. Even when you get to the front and get help it takes seemingly forever for them to collect all your meds.

I went in to buy a wet n wild foundation today. For the 1st time. There was no one to assist at the make area so I asked for one. I was holding 2 bottles in my hand when the assistant arrived and without even greeting me, she was already shaking her head and said yes. I greeted her. I asked if she could advise on a color for my skin tone & she said they have no testers(which I understand due to covid) and she said she can't guess or tell me coz she will be wrong. The attitude of this woman was the thing that most angered me. She was not willing or even attempting to assist. She already came there with a rude & not interested attitude. If you don't like your job, leave. Don't frustrate customers.

Have never felt humiliated in 2023. Prescription meds for blacks go into cages and white peoples don't, sies. Then in my rage l gave Shyn extra money by mistake and manager Tshepo took to her defence. Apparently shop has no cameras my word vs hers. Other black staff just laughed it off. Lost 100 rands to clicks today

Very. I arrived promptly at 9am. Store only opened at 9.08 and when I got to the dispensary they were not ready.

Being ignored by Pharmacist Govender he is shifting meds around while only one other pharmacist on duty - clearly doesn’t seem to care - ridiculous

The pharmacists are helpful and friendly when you eventually get to one. The service is too slow, you stand in a queue of 3 people for so long. Every time I go there I know I’ll spend atleast 30 minutes in line.
