Visited the pharmacy today. Been going there for years. Must just complement Therona , she is the most friendly helpful Pharmacist, Always can rely on her advice as she is very well studied. Thank you so much for your prompt and great service always

Tried this pharmacy this week. Our whole family is down with a horrible flu. We were supposed to go back yday for one medicine. We were all so out of it. This morning they delivered the medicine which was so sweet of them! Will definitely be using them again.

They sell items months past their expiry date. Asked the cashier about it and was ignored. I get business is slow but you cannot be risking peoples' health without letting them know and decide for themselves. Clearly it's not only informal traders in the townships that do this.

The website shows reflects hours from 08h00 but it is not the case. I tried opening the door at 08h20 and was greeted" by a rather unfriendly woman saying that they were closes. Unfriendly and expensive"

I have used this Pharmacy for almost 30 years. The service and staff are always of a 5 Star standard. They have their own on site nurse as well as 2 way video Dr - Patient consultations making it very convenient to get a check up and your medication prescribed on site.The Pharmacy manager (Therona) is a professional Gem who is always helpful and customer friendly, going above and beyond the call of duty. I will certainly recommend Medicare Pharmacy Parklands to all my friends and family.

My repeat script x6 meds is always prepared prior to my collection. An sms is sent 2 days before to remind me to collect. The staff have always been friendly and efficient & I find pricing on OTC meds are fairly reasonable. What makes it even more appealing is that the chemist is within a safe walking distance from my home.

I have used this Pharmacy for over 10 years. I have always been impressed by the level of service. However, my recent trip caused me a great deal of concern. The pharmacist in charge was a lady and the service was extremely poor. She was assisted by another lady who acted and behaved like she does not have a clue of what she was doing. It was the same lady that the pharmacist asked to get medication and count the pills. The situation was so bad that I worried if I am going to get the right medication. She did not inspire confidence at all. Also, it is not helpful when in the middle of getting your script, the pharmacist answers the phone and spend ages on the phone while you're waiting for your medication and there's no one else to assist you.

Every occassion I have frequented this fabulous Pharmacy I have been treated with the utmost care and compassion. Therona and crew show genuine concern for what ails me and fill my scripts accordingly. The friendliness and camaraderie is without question. Whether I require medication that one can purchase over the counter, suggestions or filling a script my visits remain delightful and beneficial. Great Pharmacy and stellar staff.

Absolutely terrible service from the pharmacist today. I usually get great service from other Medicare branches but most definitely will not visit here again. Totally condescending and unhelpful, I was in shock at this experience to be fair. I left with the essential item I needed and decided to buy the other items elsewhere. Would not recommend.
