MTN Store

Plain theft! Store loaded the contract incorrectly, paying R169 per month an unable to access data for over a year. No assistance whatsoever from MTN headoffice. STAY CLEAR!!!!

worst service ever, had been waiting for sometime now for a response on my insurance. i use this phone for work purposes , and now am loosing business as a result of their lack of customer service. they gave me a cooked up story regarding my insurance, after reviewing the documentation i got from the store, it looks like Mr Chansa Mubanga who assisted me with the upgrade made a huge mess about my contract, he mixed up my details with the other customers's details. when i was at the store and asked to read through the contract before signing , he said they are about to close and i need to be supper fast, he shoved the papers in my face and because of my desperation (using the phone for my daily business), i signed and now i regret ever doing that. my phone needs fixing and shame they don't even care. they asked me to give them till last week Wednesday to sort this out and guess what? am still waiting. they dont even deserve any star.

Worst service I have received in such a long time! I took out a business contract at around 12:00pm on 16/11/2019 and was told that approval would take 2-24 hours, which after I could go collect the phone, (this was understandable). It is exactly 96 hours and MULTIPLE phone calls later and I still do not have approval or a reason for why this is taking so long. I have given my contact details several times after being promised that I would be contacted as soon as possible after the problem is looked into, yet I have not been contacted once. I wouldn't refer this MTN branch to anyone !

0/100 for service. MTN was charging me more than the stipulated contract amount for the first few months, this store which helped me open with the contract did not help me with anything. I recently went to the store to lodge an insurance claim with the hopes of doing everything correctly. When I contacted MTN (7 DAYS LATER) it still had not been lodged. I tried emailing the person that was assisting me at the store to no avail. Not only was my time and resources to get to the store a waste, but there is 0 accountability from both MTN and this store.UPDATE: IT HAS BEEN THREE WEEKS. I AM WITHOUT A PHONE AND THE NUMBER THAT I USE FOR ACADEMIC AND BUSINESS PURPOSES. MTN IS NONSENSE.

Very poor service, took 1 week to activate sim, another to load the correct amount of data, they never respond to emails, they never ensure your issues are resolve, bear in mind, these are issues created by MTN. I highly do not recommend MTN as a whole, the twitter support, the customer care support, and the support staff in store really cannot do their jobs well. To date, they still haven't loaded the once off promo data and I have to continue running after them. It not worth the time, effort and costs as a result to take up a contract with MTN. Theres a high level of no responsibility, and they pass the buck all the time.

CHANGE YOUR OPENING TIME TO 09:00...YOUR STAFF IS CLEARLY RUDE ENOUGH TO TELL A CLIENT THAT THEY DONT DECIDE WHICH TIME TO OPEN...MTN DOES...AND WE SHOULDN'T TRUST THE INTERNET...WELL THANKS FOR THE INFO BUDDY! GOOD ADVICE...

Mtn Clearwater - what a pleasure doing business in your store I bought a rooter at Westgate but didn''t do much to help me sorting out my set-up problem THUBA at Clearwater sorted the problem within minutes. Go girl- you have a bright future ahead of you because you really care about the customer Once again thank you so much I would advise anybody to pay a visit to your store

Terrible customer service. I recently took out a contract at the store and the lady who assisted me was extremely impatient and in a hurry to get everything done, as if she was doing me a favour, instead of her job. All the store employees who I have had an encounter with are very unfriendly and not eager to provide quality service to paying customers. I've had horrible experiences at the store on more than one occasion - customer service is clearly not a priority.

I was at the store today, as my phone is stolen and need a new sim card asap, the store is closed, why advertise that you are opened, I drive all the way to this store because others are closed due to lock down, but the store is closed. This is really pathetic service, further, your 135 number is useless and very unfriendly, you listen to somebody speaking about crying babies and hadidas in the background but you dont ever get to speak to anybody, it remains on this automated message until it cuts you off.Absolutely Poor Service!!The managers of this facility should be FIRED!!
