I got a new windscreen fitted by Kev at Windows West, I reckon this guy wrote the book on customer service, I had one of the best experiences I've had in years, Kev was absolutely brilliant, I took my boat there expecting to leave it & pick it up in a few days time but surprise surprise as soon as I got there Kev was in the boat removing the screen, made a new one, & in a couple of hours I was back on the road heading home with the new screen installed, & the cream on the cake was the price, you would not get a better price in WA, The best service with a smile & humour to match!. Absolutely recommended. I wanted some custom made sliding windows for my Falcon Panelvan. They understood exactly what I needed and the end product is even better than I’d imagined. The quality of the assembly and finish is exceptional and was done within budget and on time.

I've never written an online review but feel compelled to. I needed a boat window screen replacement and only asked for 5 cut sheets of perspex for my Regent Viscount. For this alone Windows West gave the best price out of several quotes in Perth, but Keven then went out of his way to help in so many more ways with my project. He could not have been more helpful. He even came in specially on a Saturday morning to do the job for me while I waited, as normal working hours were inconvenient for me.I didn't know much about the different types of Acrylic (perspex) so didn't even ask, but later found out that I was given top quality stuff by Windows West. No doubt some of the more expensive quotes would have provided cheap quality Acrylic (the first bloke I went to provided PVC at the wrong thickness, which I found out before paying him was unsuitable for outdoors use!).I will always use these guys in my boating future! Never been so impressed with service, product and value.
