Usually Greenacres Shoprite is a brand that I could trust with low prices and fresh food. But today I had a bad experience. I bought a yogi sip and as I opened it, to my surprise the yogi sip looked expired. When I checked the BB date it read 01/01/2022, which is confusing because the yogi sip is watery. Unfortunately, I just couldn't go back to the shop to return it as I already left - Shoprite was my last stop. Please remove these expired products. See pictures below.

Biggest and cleanest Shoprite I ever visited! Great variety with friendly staff. The prices are also very low. A must for monthly shopping.

Excellent service from Bulelwa Buli in the cosmetics area. I asked for clere tissue oil, she stopped what she was doing and took me to the isle where tissue oil is. She was friendly and professional. Continue with the exception service

If I could give a rating of 0, I would have done so! Service is horrible and most of the cashiers are rude for no reason! Whenever I shop here, I almost always get attitude and ugly looks just for making a simple request such as a cashback or wanting to cancel a purchase. This is the worst store I've been to as customer service is very poor and the shopping experience is made worse by being forced to wait in long ques due to slow cashiers who just don't care. I'm never buying here again!

Affordable prices on most products. You can get anything that you require. Queues can be long due to lower prices but they serve quickly and open up more tills to cater for the high demand. The staff are helpful.

Always been a great shop, but today kashnee gave us terrible service, and she bluntly refused to escalate our query.Be careful when you purchase anything in this store. They advertise prices on the shelves, but when it goes through the paypoints, it's an inflated price.
