Missouri Spur Steak Ranch
Waiter was friendly but took very long to bring drinks and food. Coffee cold hot chocolate cold, waiter left the drinks so long the drinks where flat when we received them. The food was good but the service can be 50% better. Other couple walked out when we where seated, they waited to long for drinks and decided to leave.

I didn't give them 5, because the waiter would stand there and not come take our plates, instead of replacing the small chips we ordered he put them in the microwave (do you know how dry microwaved chips are?) he had an attitude towards us and he was more interested in socializing with his co-workers than us. Also the manager never came to come check on us not even once, in the past the old managers would walk around and check if the customers were happy about the service. I was really unhappy

Monday night 17:20 Spur quiet, ordered burgers and we are sitting for a hour waiting for normal BURGERS. Service is bad. Not happy.Spur key west. 15 May 2023

Ordered the pensioners lunch and it took about an hour to arrive (there were only about 2 other couples in the restaurant at the time). Staff stood around chatting with each other even after we tried to get their attention to order the dessert and then again to get the bill. Very disappointed at the lack of service.
