Apathetic staff. Mediocre food and coffee at the meeting venue and conference restaurant. Dirty cutlery (teaspoons not washed, just wiped with a cloth and re-used.) The facilities need a revamp and new furniture should be bought.

we visited the Christmas Crafters Fair and really enjoyed it. There are many craft items on display from many crafters. A wonderful place to find that unique gift this Christmas. Items are of high quality. This is my second year visiting and definitely an improvement on last year.

I attended a very exciting and informative South African Heavy Haul conference which brought more light about the advancing technology.Emperors palace is equipped with spacious and exquisite furnished auditoriums. They are suitable for any occasion with comfortable light, temperature. The cleaning and catering staff including security and receptionists are very friendly and well trained in customer care services.I really had lots of fun during auditorium and networking sessions.
