Nandos Sherwood is one of the few nandos establishments that has good consistency and their food is delicious. The nandos brand in Durban has really gone downhill for the most part but this store ensures you get value for money and will not be disappointed. When you ask for extra sause you actually get it. Keep up the great work guys

It is always generally good but the last visit. Was really disappointed with the taste and the seemingly shrinking portions as I visit. I will try again because I love Nandos. Hopefully the next experience won't be a negative one. The staff are always friendly hence the 2 stars.

Initially I was abit annoyed because there was just myself and another person waiting, but the cashier kept walking up and down. Eventually when it was my turn, she seemed pleasant enough... the food was superb as usual, and there was a lovely gentleman who came to check on my order number constantly.. he even brought the take away to me as I was sitting on the bench.Sometimes communication goes a long way.. it would have been nice for the cashier to acknowledge that we were waiting to place orders, or let us know she was busy.. but nonetheless the experience was good.

Absolutely upset. Placed an order 2 hours ago for delivery, still waiting until now. Manager continously dropping the calls without any assistance whatsoever. Not the first time having a problem with this badly run store. No managerial skills or just basic skills whatsoever.

I have never had a problem with the food until my last visit. I ordered the chicken wrap...which was more of a coleslaw wrap with just small pieces of chicken here and there. I ordered hot and the wrap was bland, actually tasteless. The wrap was cold, and even colder because of the added coleslaw. My meal was more of a cabbage /mayo wrap than a hot chicken wrap. The potato wedges were also not up to standard. My daughter orderd the chicken strips which was a pretty small serving compared to previously. Our meals were definitely not worth the price. Really disappointed.

We called for delivery at 16:55. Shortly after that we got a message saying we’ll get our food at 17:50 only for the food to arrive at 18:40. This is not the first time this is happening and what’s irritating is that they don’t take accountability.Order number 9953
