I have recently injured my knee and having only ever had physio treatments, decided to put a biokinetesist to the test. I highly recommend Stirling Biokinetics. I had a lot of back and neck tension which Stirling was able to pick up immediately and recommended specific exercises to correct the imbalances. I was also struggling with pinched sciatic nerve and he was able to give specific stretches to help relieve the pain.

I had ACL surgery towards the end of February 2021. The ligament was snapped off completely. I had the fortune of being introduced to Stirling, who is extremely professional in his approach. We had three sessions a week and my recovery was simply amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and was even able to give me tips on general fitness and physical health improvement advice. I would definitely highly recommend his services. Especially seeing as I sensed he genuinely cared for me as a person whilst I was a patient of his. Thank you Stirling.
