This is my second week going to attempting to buy lunch to which I was unsuccessful. Load shedding is the excuse but I normally go at 1pm( electricity comes back at 12am). Second excuse is they are waiting for the system to come back. Third excuse is they are loading the chicken. I don't feel the staff are actually passionate about there job or having one for that matter. Totally disappointed.

Went there last night very bad service. Went in to buy food was treated badly. Didn't want me use toilets even though I was buying food there. It was my wife's birthday. Not nice experience. This is the staff that was there. Won't see me soon

Nando's quality is consistent across all their shops, I have chicken and salad if I'm alone for a full chicken with two sides plus a 2 l Coke and a salad if I'm with my wife but this particular location I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 5 because i have tried to buy after their closing time and was turned away twice they close too early at around 7:00 even if there is a queue of people begging for them to open a bit longer they will still close down the shop this is the problem with having a business being run by only employees because they don't care about the loss of revenue considering the fact that our economy is now bad. I'm not suggesting that people should work more than 8 hours but I'm suggesting that the manager be fired for not bringing to the attention of the owners that they need to create more shifts into the night and hire more south africans to work as long as there are people to buy the Nando's product and collect more money for the business.Having said this I must emphasize that their quality of service and food is exactly the same as every other Nandos but I think they should do better in terms of employing more people as well as serving the customers at the Times which we are free to go and buy.
