That was not butter chicken nor lamb curry. The samoosa I ate were hard as a rock. Revisit your spices and recipes. Never again. Iyoooo I have never eaten such sweet sources. Can't bring myself to call it curry. Oooh burned garlic and plan nan bread what on earth it that.Please get your ingredients correctly. My family can't even finish this food.

Over priced with very small portions sizes. There is a woolies next to them where you can get 3 times the portion sizes then what this place has. Also on arrival the place was completely empty but the other shops and eating places around it was buzzing.When I came home I could immediately taste the chicken was not fresh and the prawns was rubber. Sauce was average and the rice, well I don't think it was basmati rice or perhaps the cheapest brand available.Tip for the owner, give more value for money you guys are a rip off and your food is not fresh.

Second time we have eaten here.I had the fish and prawn masala with rice and an extra chapatti.Wife had the lamb biryani.Can't tell you just how flavourful, tasty, delicious and cooling this meal is.Definately coming back again soon.

Ordered a lamb bunny got something that looks like it went through a blender, bread is stale, Don't waste your money! Carrot salad has almost no carrots, mostly cucumber and onion, cucumber is starting to go bad, ordered through Uber.

I was so skeptical at first because of bad experiences with Indian restaurants. But let me tell you that this place did not disappoint at all. A solid 11 out of 10! Super tasty, fresh and a generous portion. I ate the lamb biryani and it was DIVINE. I'm normally a very fussy eater especially when it comes to flavor and the way food is cooked, but this exceeded my expectations. Great food and customer service I will definitely recommend this place to anybody around the west rand they beat all of the restaurants for Indian dishes in this area and I've been around the block!

I was very happy with my meals from Briyani Bowl. I had the lamb and prawn korma's and both were delicious. My meals were well prepared and they were generous servings. I ordered telephonically and collected my order at the store. I strongly recommend Briyani Bowl for tasty authenthic Indian cuisine.

What a waste of my money. Their fried rice was nothing but rice that looked like it was bowled in brown dirty water. No spices. Literally just nasty looking rice with bits of old looking chicken and it smelt of raw eggs. Don't even get me started on their Biryani.... an absolute waste of money. Food looked too disgusting to eat. Save your cash and go elsewhere. I had to throw out everything i ordered.

We thoroughly enjoyed our food the first two times we ordered from Biryani Bowl. However, we ordered the same meal for the third time and the quarter tandoori chicken was absolutely inedible. The chicken was excessively salty and divided into 2 pieces rather than the usual chicken breast, the sauce was watered down and tasteless, and the naan bread was drenched in oil. Even the packaging had changed from being neat and presentable to being sloppy and covered in unnecessary plastic, with oil dripping out onto everything. This was extremely disappointing since we had grown fond of the restaurant and their usually great food. The lamb biryani was still good at least and the portion was generous. We most likely won’t order again due to the inconsistency and the fact that other similar restaurants close-by offer higher-quality food for better value.
