Bad service..Ridiculous monthly charges on both electricity and water...and the management doesn't do anything about tenants complaints.

Place is still under construction. I was moving in new tenants . Looks neat n organised. As a removal company they made our work easy by granting us access without undue fuss

They sell houses at higher price, but they use cheap labor to build. Paint is worse. I have only 2 years staying in the new house but the paint is peeling off. Reported the matter but no response

Poor service when it comes to DSTV connection since I moved in beginning of November in one of their apartment called bassoon park, today it marks full two weeks of not being assisted. tenants makes noise the whole night. Maintenance( geyser, leaking pipes etc) team is the only effective team.

Safe and secured.very neat and quiet surbub to stay in if you are looking for a house in Centurion. I would recommend it

One of the worst built complexes in quility bricks being used to build houses, cheap houses being sold for a lot of money. Waste of money, land built on is bad. Amount of dangerous snakes found in complexes is bad. Endless amounts of money will be spent by any owner if you buy there. To fix up a brand new house.Crime is also a major issue. Guards have been taken with hijacked vehicles. Its become a dumping ground outside complex for human bodies to be dumped.Poor fencing allows for easy access. The developers, Reudev, Reubex, Chartwell won't assist to fix anything according to most residents living there. Lies will be told in order to get a sale.
