Very bad customer service.

I went into the store yesterday as I saw n pearl necklace that I was interested in, the price in the window was about R400 and the window also showed the promotion of 70% off. I went into the store to confirm the price with the discount where i was told that the price was almost double than what it was in the window. I asked the lady about the price in the window and she could not give me a proper answer. I said i will come back today. When I got to the store the prices were removed. I regret not taking a picture of the prices. I went into the store to speak to a manager and the very rude lady informed me I can speak to her. I explained the situation and she said that they are training a new person. I explained my unhappiness about this. The ladily also said that the price was only for the pendent and as I was explaining that they cant put that price there and display the necklace and the pendent next to the price she interupted me and said she can. This is ridiculous and unethical. The service I received from brooklyn was extremely poor.
