The service was very poor. Had to stand on the que with one item for more than 30minutes and I ended up leaving the que whereas at the front tellers there was no que but was told I can't pay there.

Fully crowded 26 tills and of them not in use. The express tills are closed and only one is working. Lines are super long. I thought I had seen bad Shoprite branches. I was wrong this is the worst. I shouldn't even give them a star for what I saw. Shoprite holdings needs to intervene in this place.
