The service given to customers is generally appalling to say the least. Whenever I ask for cashback at the tills, I get all sorts of stories. You'd swear the cashiers are taking that money out of their own pockets. I don't generally complain but I really despise their customer service. There are however good employees there who would normally go an extra mile to help.

Nothing out of the norm except the extremely high volume of shoppers on peak day...expect long queues and low levels of personal space and available parking
