Velocity is very much a health club more than a gym. There's a crossfit box, small gym floor, golf simulator and paddel court. Facilities are very well kept and pristine, well worth the membership. If you're into a more leisurely training experience or health club vibe then this is for you. If you need a more hardcore" feel
