Clicks Pharmacy Musgrave
Yesterday I went into a Clicks Musgrave without a plan, I had forgotten the medical aid card and figured I still needed the best meds for my son. The lady behind the counter by the pharmacy was so patient, she pulled up our information, recommended meds, gave us options and included what she thought would help, I gave my son meds before we could go to bed, and I'm happy to say my son had a peaceful night, and did not cough once since.

Excellent service. The Pharmacist was kind and professional and promised to order my prescription. She did that ASAP. Within an hour and half I received a call to come and collect

Well done to the team at clicks Musgrave. Went to return items that were purchased on line. They were fast, friendly and efficient in dealing with the matter. They exchanged the 1 item and refunded the other as there was none in stock. Very impressed with the service, they were professional and knew exactly what to do. The clicks at the Spark staff can really take a leaf from their page. Really slow service when attending to customer queries.

Terrible service. Long queues. Manager is rude. I wont go back.There is a sign for prescriptions and another for self medication at the pharmacy. I took the prescription queue. Two outspoken white women complained that I was cutting the queue and they were waiting so long. Without manager engaging with me, she told the staff to remove the prescription queue sign and that we must go to the back of the self medication queue.This seemed very racist, as she only spoke with the white women and did not consult with my non white self. This took me back to Apartheid days. Very disappointing.I left and will not shop there again. Very sad indeed. Rude manager.

I have found that the waiting period at the pharmacy is way too long. Definitely the slowest compared to other branches! The 2 pharmacists are knowledgeable but the pharmacy assistants or interns are unfriendly, have an attitude problem and lack knowledge and training.

Staff members work at a glacial speed, with no effort to be friendly or helpful. Pharmacy staff are mostly friendly and helpful, but recently dispensed the wrong insulin to me, which I thought was extremely negligent. They could have called the doctor to verify, but didn't.

The clinic nurse is so amazing :) I can't take my child anywhere for immunization except Musgrave Centre. She knows what she is doing!!! Big Up to you Musgrave Nurse

Pharmacy people always very friendly, so no complaints there . But queueing to pay is another story- always a long wait and never enough tills open. Had to call someone today as my 91-year old father was with me in the queue, and he couldn't just keep standing. They moved us to another till, but still had to wait for it to be free. No chairs for elderly, no apology for delays, and no effort to open other pay stations. We were there at 11am, so it was not a busy lunch time or after-work busy period
