Been here for since morning and still no service.At that time they have the *National Department of health’s target for waiting time in this facility is three hours (3) at the most*They service is bad here.

I did my tests and everything and waited for more than an hour to get my medication of which I didn't receive because my file was misplaced. Don't think I'll ever return for any medical issues.

I would give it 0 stars if possible, there is no priority of patients here, you could complicate while waiting to be seen, it takes hours to get a file and then another couple of hours before you get seen, nurses going up and down looking busy while they are in reality not helping any patients

I arrived at 8:30 staff stared working at 10am service very bad. Honestly I think it should be close is not serving the community at all. They are rude n show no interest in what they’re doing.

Very slow, sr mary decided to tell patients that she is going for lunch for attitude and they don’t leave anyone to wait on her behalf. You wait 1h30 to open a file then 40 minutes only to be told that they going for lunch.

This is the worst clinic I've ever been to. Less than 20 patients on the waiting area, but it take almost an hour to open a file, then another hour to get your BP checked, then another hour to actually see the doctor. When one of the people in the process goes on lunch you have to wait for them to come back which is an extra hour. ±4 hours just to see the doctor with less than 20 people on the queue.

Nonsense of service from the admin staff.Arrived at 9:30 and was only given a file at 1pm.There was no queue only 4 of us going to the particular department.
