Mike and his daughter with all the tattoos are both crooks. Mike came to my home to discuss my mothers funeral and he promised the stars and the moon. We needed our insurance policies to pay out in order for us to pay for the funeral but you can’t do that unless you have a death certificate which Mike insisted on doing but drug his feet so we ended up receiving it very late. We stressed this to Mike in the beginning and he said it’s okay he could wait for payment.Less than 4 days later Mike changed his mind and told us the funeral wouldn’t take place unless all payments are received in full and then disappeared, we never saw him again nor did he answer his phone or return emails. It literally was a shake down. We tried reasoning with this tattooed daughter but she was very rude, dismissive, disrespectful and condescending. We had to postpone the funeral for a week and half and it was agonising. I don’t recommend this funeral home, I would never go back to it whatsoever they will rob you and disrespect you especially if you’re a person of colour. Shame on you Mike.
