AUTOWASH

I should have read the other reviews before taking my car there.The car was not cleaned properly on the outside. Despite the fact that they applied their lower spec polish (meaning that at this point they should have noticed that the car was still filthy).The carpets in the car were just thrown back into the car, wit things I had in the car now sitting underneath said carpet. Not going back there again.

Always took my car to these guys because of the professional service I received but will not use them ever again! Since the new guy started there the service went down. Went there 2 weeks ago and upon return found that the manager has pushed his friends vehicle to be cleaned before mine. I could not wait longer and left without washing my vehicle.I then decided to try again yesterday and he did the same thing again after waiting in a cue of vehicles for over 30mins!Thanx but no thanx. Many other car wash places to go.

Please be warned..I visited Glenvista auto wash on Sunday 20 June 2021. They recommended the manager's special R200 which I agreed to. When I collected my car, the clip holding my rear windscreen wiper was broken. Nobody wanted to take responsibility. It was a challenge to get the owners details. Eventually JP and Curtis gave me the partners cell number. I phoned Emo" who promised to check their camera and call me on Monday

Terrible experience. Car still dirty and full of marks when leaving. Staff take their time when washing and have a bad attitude about it.

Stay away. Workers have no eye for detail they do half a job , they have no pride in their work. They will more harm than good to your car and leave marks on the car. Workers are very rough with the car . they are more intersted in talking to each other than taking care of your car. if you love your car do not take it here.

In washbay 1, it took two guys longer to wash one Corsa bakkie than it took 1 to to wash 3 cars in wash bay 2. When I complained, the manager said to the guys that the customer is complaining that they are working too slow. They looked at me and showed me that they would work slower. I understand that some things take time, but these guys were on a proper screw the customer go slow mode. The manager laughs about it and just moves on.

I have been using them for a while however I have never been so angry and so disrespected by a manager in my life I asked why it had taken at least 50 minutes to even wash my car and his attitude was we are busy what do u want and he is sick of me complaining as last time I complained that they had not washed the load bin it was a super wash r130.00 and I can do what I want

I've been going to Glenvista for a number of years, I leave my car and go shopping, never had a problem.However, beginning February 2023 I had my car washed and a brand new top (the label was still on) was stolen from my boot.I realised it only that evening that the top was missing, so I went straight there the following morning and spoke to AJ, who assured me that they would check the cameras, to no avail.I went back again and was assured that they would check the cameras, three weeks later have not even had a phone call.Strangely, the lady that cleaned my car could tell me the following day exactly what was in the boot at the time. I find that amusing when they clean so many cars.

I've been taking my car here for the last 5 years and the service has been brilliant all the time. My car comes out shining and glowing with no swirls and scratches.Excellent service and the vibe is great.
