Pick n pay is very clean and neat . I had a great shopping experience it was easy for me to get what I want and also easy for me to shop . I got some fruit and vegetables for and affordable prize and they were very fresh

Absolutely no service!!! Had to walk from the back of the shop to a teller and ask for assistance and then a manageress gave me lip because there was one guy unpacking chips in the front of the shop!! She did not even ask to assist me!!

A good pick n pay. Doesn't have a big meat variety for braais. Friendly staff. Great parking and the tills were too busy.

Staff at the water refill station/ bakery really do need customer service training. It's the second time I've had an employee talking to me in a manner I do not appreciate as a customer or should I rather say screamed at. I stood in a line for 5 minutes waiting for someone else to refill his 1x 10L bottle with nothing being told, yet as when I'm busy refilling 2 minutes down the line I'm being told to hurry up I'm wasting time. Like really? How quick could someone refill 2x 20L bottles ? It's pathetic how people treat customers like this whilst being employed whereas when jobs aren't available It's the same people burning down places. Please train your people in service and respect for all ages and races !

The public bathrooms use an old system of coins that are not readily available. This wastes valuable traveling time trying to find the right type of coins having to walk up and down between the shop and the bathroom facilities.

Absolutely never again. Got to one of the 2 apparently open tills, waited patiently, after getting to the till get asked to move to the next till who seemed to be cashing up. Waited there patiently until another customer, pushed in from the front, was helped for a long time, and then asked to move to another till. All this while the first till was helping people originally behind me. Check your cameras around 18:10
