Highly recommend Gino & Tracey! They cared for our 1 year old Pitt for 10 days and it was wonderful. We got constant detailed communication relating to both our dog’s well-being and general home care. Gino genuinely cared for our dog’s well-being and just had a great experience all around.

Dewald from While Away petsitting went above and beyond while taking care of our cats. He bought them milk without us asking. He also bought treats and cat food when it was finished before we got home from our holiday. He was friendly and definitely very loving towards our cats. He provided detailed and timely feedback daily and is very reliable. He is a fantastic petsitter.

GRATEFUL is an understatement.It was one week before our wedding and yes, not everything works out the way you have planned diligently. Our furkids had to be looked after and there was no other option than to contact pet sitters - I was in desperate need. Gino from Tip Top Sitters contacted me asking whether I requested a 24/7 hour service which at the time I strongly doubted as it was almost December holidays and who is so crazy to ask at the last minute. I do believe in miracles as they were able to assist with the best possible option to help look after our furkids.Thank you Tip Top Sitters for giving us peace of mind, the best personal care and special attention to our furkids while we were not at home. Trustworthy, thorough communication and very professional are indefinite key characteristics of the personnel. I would highly recommend them.

The smart helper was great, she took good care of my 3 month old and she's an open and honest person. The service from Smart Helper Center was great during the onboarding process, however when they had to pay the smart helper there was a problem. The helper was not paid all the money we agreed upon, she was paid R1300 less. I enquired about the deductions made on her salary since I was told that I will be given the details but they never did. I asked the helper if she received her payslip (which the Center claims that they give to the helpers), she said she has never received one since she started working under Smart Helpers Center. Upon my request, and I am assuming her request too, she finally received her payslip and she was told that there were deductions for a loan on her salary which she did not know about. The loan did not appear on the payslip.She enquired about the loan but they just told her that they will take up with accounts.Smart Helpers Claim to give a full HR service at an extra cost to the person hiring the helper, but in my experience they did not hold up to those claims.

Absolutely trustworthy and reliable! Our GSP loved his walks and came home full of smiles. Definitely recommend TipTop services.
