Tasty and very unique pancakes. Very friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere. Be patient as it can take a while before the pancakes are served.

Simply the best stopover east of Oudstshoon on Route 62. The pancakes and fillings were super-tasty and it felt like a little bit of Holland in the middle of nowhere in SA.

What a great place to stop and have a bite to eat. Hans makes the best pancakes. Authentic Dutch fare with fillings that are so tasty. For the less adventurous, there is a full menu with loads of choices. Have the pancakes though.

The Dutch coffee shake is a speciality. The pancakes are very tasty. I had the savoury bobotie pancake and the sweet cherry compote. Good for children as there is large lawn with a play area (slide, swing, see-saw, roundabout).

Stopped here for a quick lunch, had a mikshake and pancake; the latter a tad too sweet for my taste, but the people who were with me loved theirs. Great place to stop and have a decent cup of coffee and explore the interesting food options. Service is friendly and quick.

The Sweaty Dutchman is a very attractive and excellent bistro. Hans Pragt the owner knows how to make the best coffee and milkshakes and the pancakes are also incredibly tasty!For kids also a nice place to stop. A great place to take a break for motorcyclists, but also a must see for all travelers traveling between Cape Town and Port Elisabeth!The sanitary facilities are also clean and tidy.Visit the bistro in Kareedouw on Route 62 near the N2

Pleasant and interesting owner. Specific pancake recipe - very delicious.Sweet and savory.Definite worth while for a visit whether visiting Kareedouw, on holiday for a few days or whether residing in Kareedouw or close-by. Good value.
