Department of Home Affairs Office Nyanga

I would give half star if I could or negative stars. They accidentally made me pay for someone else passport once and staff complained and whined that they wanted to go home after we waited several hours. Worst. Service. Ever.

Terrible place, u wait for hours, staff extremely slow , staff smokes and drinks while they should be serving i do not recommend it to anyone

Worst service ever, I arrived 11h00 I left 15h45 with no help at all. It's a shame they take long hours for tea breaks and lunch. Very rude security

Why is it taking so long even if one is coming to fetch their I. D.? It is enough that it took me about +5 hrs to leave HA premises when I came to apply for an I.D .Today it is past 2hrs others more we are still waiting outside to get our I.D's. We are sitting outside, the sun, wind get the better of us, there are no sits outside, babies are crying, it is a total mess. There is no shelter outside, Someone may collapse and die here. If the staff is short, can't the manager utilize the available resources to the best of his her ability? It is scary that in this day and age we are still treated like this.....No respect no dignityKind RegardsZandi

my brother did his ID 2016 but unfortunately he lost in,when he went back to apply for the new one in Bellville Home affairs they told him to going back to nyanga because they never cleared his ID when he went to collect it...so he did go to nyanga but no one is willing to help him they been telling him that they are looking in hes case they gonna call him but still nothing...last month we went again and they said he must do the temporary ID so he did but now they can't give it to him because they said the case must still be sorted,he can't do anything he's life is .in stand still because he doesn't have ID...this morning he went again to ask whats going on because he's been waiting and all they can tell him was the person who dealt with him is off today so they can't do anything....he needs he ID for school someone please help
