Absolutely shocking customer service from Cell C i'Langa branch. A lack of awareness and administrative capabilities on their part resulted in the search for a scapegoat. I'm disgusted that the responsibility was shifted from consultants to customers. What is even more concerning is the lack of interpersonal relational skills that the alleged" management displayed

Absolutely horrible service. Declined contract because a missing form. I was never notified that i needed to sign additional documentation, nor was i even notified that the application was declined.Waited almost a month, and visited the shop twice.0/10 would not recommend. Rather go to Vodacom, save yourself the headache.

Had a terrible experience with a phone repair process. Horrible delay, no communication to the customer, trouble with returning calls and all round bad experience. I will definitely try to avoid this store and cell c in general after dealing with them these last few weeks
