Terrible service and very unhelpful. Took router in for repairs 3 months ago, received no job number.... still trying to get it sorted out.Website says they close at 6pm... I arrive at 5:02 only to see that they actually close at 5pm, doors are locked and no one there 2minutes after closing... ? Something wrong with management here.

Horrible experience. Extremely unhelpful. I had to come 3 times in a row on seperate days until i decided to seek another cell c. 1st time i was told that they were experiencing technical problems and that I'd have to come on the next day. Reasonable. The next day I was told that i couldn't be helped yet again because there were no sim cards? Unbelievable. And when i came on the following day i was told their system is down but a very rude worker, at that point I could see that receiving the service i required was near impossible. I do not recommend this cell c.

Staff is helpfull at the store, but their call Centre is the worst makes you jump through 20 hurdles before you can even speak to them. Security being the reason, no other company treats their customers like this.

Went there to get a temporary SIM card for data as Telkom are absolutely pathetic, stupid, unhelpful liars and wow I must say, excellent service and quality all round from this Cell C, they got us fixed up in minutes! Cant remember the lady that helped us but wow! Friendly and helpful! Dont ever use Telkom guys, use Cell C!
