Pathetic is an understatement for management is the guy named Blessings! I went to return the pork stew which was rotten, and to my surprise, he just took me to the till and said so u want a refund or another pack, no apology or any sort of customer care and I asked him if he is just going to show concern or at least apologize on behalf of the shop and his response was ‘ I'm coming back ‘ and never did.. What a joke of a manager and an embrassemt to the entire shop. Appalling to day the least

There frequently seems to be a shortage of tellers here, and those on duty are often rather apathetic, making for long queues. I avoid this shop when possible.

Yesterday could not buy cigarettes for my friend as the counter was closed. 2 tellers working and 25 people in the queue. Even the supervisor said till closed and walked away. This morning no staff at the deli counter and no stock packed out. When I asked where the food is I get told they have to wait for a supervisor which was non existant. Rather go after 10am when the place is operational.

Shocking. Purchased chops. 10/6. Sell by date 15/6. Got home opened them could smell they were going off. Cooked them 11.6 definitely off. Shocked that they could pack meat that is going off.

Very helpful staff, going out of their way if you need anything out of the ordinary. Selection is adequate for most things. It's often busy, and is far easier to find things in than the much bigger store in Long Beach Mall

I am disgusted and appalled at PnP, The Arcade, and Fish Hoek. I am saddened by the lack of humanity and dignity of management when it comes to the staff members.I bought a packet of Camel White from the Cashier. She thought I said Camel One and when I corrected her, she swapped the boxes. The problem was though that she owed me R16.00 because Camel White is cheaper than Camel One.She rang for a supervisor to fix her error and was told she should have double-checked with me (the customer) because now she has to have R16.00 deducted from her salary because she is short."I VEHEMENTLY disagree with the blatant exploitation of workers.
