Except for the wait sometimes. Very friendly and informative service. A big plus is that the owner is always available. Always interacting with customers. No matter color or race.

I dont understand where all of a sudden the shop closes at 18:00. We go to shoprite every night and tonight the shop closes at 18:00. Can someone please give a valid reason for this

Staff mostly unfriendly. Unpacking of products takes up most of aisle space, customer has to wait. Always full cream milk, low or fat free, bit unorganized. Management friendly though and trolley baskets clean!!! I will shop there again!

Your store is sometimes dirty. Floors especially. Fresh produce and baked goods are excellent. The meat section needs attention. The fridges aren’t attractive and they smell sometimes. Prices are good. Staff can be a lot more service orientated. One feels like they are forced to be there. There is never anyone at the cigarette counter. The person there focuses more on the lotto sales. And you have to wait a long time for service.

I had never ever been treated this badly at any shop before. I had to walk out when we where waiting in the queue as I couldn't anymore. The staff are extremely rude. The manager told my husband he doesn't know what he is talking about when he told the lady the cookies are R22.99 as the price said that. She said to the cashier, Scan a milk for R29.99." My husband was so disgusted that she didn't even go check the price. He went to check the price after the purchase

There should be a no star choice, such bad service, my shopping took 2 minutes, standing in the queue, 15 minutes.....with only 2 tills open....in peak time.....I am not advocating for myself but for the people that must still walk home....no manager in sight that could explain this bad service to me!!!
