Clicks Pharmacy Lemon Tree - AlbertonIt does not even deserve 1 Star rating.Sunday 8 March 2020.When I was entering the store, a customer was standing and waiting to be served at the Pharmacy. The 2 x Pharmacist's were ignoring him. It was only him in the queue. He was asking loudly Excuse me can someone help me". Very reluctantly the one lady walked towards him (so unfriendly). I did my shopping first and then went to the Pharmacy. Same thing happened to me. I was the only one in the queue

The most unhelpful and dis-respecttful pharmacy staff and service. Will not come back once my repeat script is done. No sms notifications for collections. Disgusting service!!!

Wow! What a difference from how messed up this Clicks branch was. The shelves are neat and filled with a good variety of goods one can expect in a well stocked pharmacy and much much more that Clicks are known for.It is unfortunately true that some of the staff are not friendly but most are very helpful.

I popped into Clicks early this morning. The saleslady by cosmetics offered no service. I asked her for an item and she simply said we dont have. She did not offer any alternative. I hadto go find my own alternative. Absolutely no interest at all in sales.

Its pretty small so you often dont get all that you want for your month end shopping list. Rather go to a bigger Clicks. But other wise friendly staff. They do need more people at month end to work at the dispensary, the line gets long and moves slowly.

Wish I didn't have to select a star, I have had horrible experiences with every single Pharmacist I have ever dealt with, they are rude, unpleasant and make it seem like they are doing you a favour, its the closest and most convenient pharmacy for me but I would rather go out of my way for adequate service. I hope Clicks Lemon Tree can read their reviews and maybe do something about it as i am not the only one who has experienced this.
